1. Bluetooth Strip Lights: These LED strip lights come with remote and app control the app control can be operated via the 'DuoCo Strip' app, available on both iOS and Android.
2. Non-Bluetooth Strip Lights: These include a remote control for easy operation.
3. Connectors: Only the 5m versions have connectors at both ends of the strips.
4. Connection Instructions: Ensure the USB and strip light connectors are aligned correctly, with both arrows on the same side. For Bluetooth versions, the letter "B" on the connector and the blue cable of the strips should be on the same side. A reference picture is attached.
5. Adhesive Tape: The strip lights come with double-sided tape. Please peel the tape carefully without removing the entire adhesive layer.
6. Power Plugs: Power plugs are not included in the retail package.
7. Voltage and Length: These strip lights operate at 12V and are not suitable for extensions beyond 5m.

 Waterproof Rating:

Please be advised that the LED lights with lengths of 10m, 15m, and 20m are not waterproof.

Our USB LED strips are rated IP65, protecting low-pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray. This rating is suitable for most outdoor enclosures that won't encounter extreme conditions like flooding or submersion. Please note that the connection between the strip and power adapter is not waterproof. 

Troubleshooting:

1. Connection Issues: Ensure the LED lights are connected correctly. If the lights don't work, try unplugging and re-plugging the connectors, ensuring that the arrows are aligned. Also, verify that the power source is functioning by testing it with another device or USB port.

2. Bluetooth Version: Download the 'DuoCo Strip' app from the app store on your iOS or Android device. Allow the necessary permissions for Bluetooth connectivity. Once connected, you can control the LED lights via the app. Instructions for the app are included in the retail package.

3. Remote Control Version: If the remote is not working, ensure you point it directly at the USB connector. Check if the plastic strip has been removed from the battery compartment to prevent drainage. If issues persist, try removing and reinserting the batteries, or pressing the middle buttons firmly a few times.

4. Adhesive Tape: The strip lights have double-sided tape. Please peel only the thin top layer of the tape. Do not remove the entire adhesive layer, as this will affect the strip's ability to stick. If accidentally removed, the tape can be reattached.
